Secret military programs, linked to extraterrestrial technology, are said to have enabled the development of interstellar spacecraft and bases on the Moon and Mars. In this article, we will delve into whistleblower testimonies regarding projects such as Solar Warden.
Since the 1940s, elements within the U.S. military, along with the broader military-industrial complex, have recovered crashed UFOs of non-human origin. These discoveries led to the establishment of highly classified “black” programs aimed at reverse-engineering the recovered technology. According to whistleblower testimonies compiled by Steven Greer, founder of the Disclosure Project, these programs had achieved a significant breakthrough by the late 1950s: the development of “gravity control.” This advancement, rooted in “magnetic gravity cancellation” and electrogravitic propulsion, suggests that alien technology operates through the manipulation of space-time itself. If such claims are accurate, it is plausible that the most advanced military initiatives might have even unlocked the potential for time travel.

These breakthrough paved the way for the creation of man-made UFOs, among which the TR-3B stands out as the most widely recognized example.
Ben Rich, the renowned engineer and Director of Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works from 1975 to 1991, is regarded as the father of stealth aircraft, including the iconic F-117. On March 23, 1993, during a lecture at UCLA’s School of Engineering, he recounted the history and achievements of Skunk Works. However, it was his closing remarks that left some members of the audience surprised “We now have the technology to take ET home,” a nod to Steven Spielberg’s E.T.: The Extraterrestrial.
Following the lecture, Rich reportedly shared additional insights insights in a private conversation. According to Jan Harzan, a senior IBM executive and member of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), and Tom Keller, an aerospace engineer affiliated with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Rich claimed: “We now know how to travel to the stars.” He elaborated further, stating, “There is an error in the equations, but we’ve figured it out. Now we know how to travel to the stars, and it won’t take a lifetime to do it.”

On March 19, 2002, Gary McKinnon, a 36-year-old Scottish computer engineer, was arrested in London by the UK’s National Hi-Tech Crime Unit at the request of the U.S. Department of Justice. Between 2001 and 2002, McKinnon had breached the security of 97 computers belonging to the U.S. Space Command, NASA, and other government agencies. By November 2002, U.S. authorities formally charged him, threatening up to 70 years in prison if extradited. McKinnon admitted to the hacking but maintained that his sole intention was to uncover evidence of a UFO cover-up and suppressed free energy technologies.
During his searches, McKinnon claimed to have stumbled upon intriguing files that hinted at a covert space program. In a 2005 interview with The Guardian, he revealed:
“I found a list of officers’ names … under the heading ‘Non-Terrestrial Officers’…. I found a list of ‘fleet-to-fleet transfers’, and a list of ship names. I looked them up. They weren’t U.S. navy ships. What I saw made me believe they have some kind of spaceship, off-planet.”
Finally, in 2012, then-Home Secretary Theresa May intervened to prevent McKinnon’s extradition.
The first reference to a secret space program called Solar Warden surfaced on March 13, 2006, through an anonymous post on the Open Minds Forum, a bulletin board dedicated to UFOs and extraterrestrial phenomena.
“We have a space fleet codenamed Solar Warden. As of 2005, there were eight ships, equivalent to aircraft carriers, and 43 protectors, which are space planes. One was lost recently in an accident around Mars while it was attempting to resupply the multinational colony on Mars.”
According to the post, which forum administrators deemed credible, the program had allegedly achieved the capability to visit all planets in the solar system. The ships were said to be operated by multinational crews, with technology developed through reverse-engineering alien spacecraft—sometimes with direct assistance from extraterrestrials.

In a November 2012 article for the Huffington Post, journalist Darren Perks shed additional light on the alleged Solar Warden program. According to Perks, the program was established in the 1980s and operated under the Naval Space Command. It reportedly consisted of eight massive carriers, each over 600 feet long, accompanied by a fleet of 40 scout ships for protection. One of its primary missions was to support permanent multinational bases on the Moon and Mars. Perks claimed that a source within the Department of Defense had confirmed the existence of Solar Warden.
In 2007, Kerry Cassidy and Bill Ryan of Project Camelot conducted an interview with a whistleblower who went by the pseudonym Henry Deacon. Described as a physicist employed at Lawrence Livermore Laboratories, Deacon claimed knowledge of secret bases on Mars and two distinct transportation systems. One system allegedly involved a fleet of massive U.S. Navy ships, similar in size to aircraft carriers, which appeared to correspond to Solar Warden. The other system reportedly consisted of stargates used to transport small groups of personnel and equipment. During the 2009 Exopolitics Conference in Barcelona, Spain, Deacon’s true identity was revealed to be Arthur Neumann.
In September 2014, an anonymous whistleblower shared his story on Bill Ryan’s Project Avalon forum, claiming to have served in the Solar Warden program from 1987 to 2007. Soon after, he revealed his identity as Corey Goode. He later reached out to author David Wilcock and provided further details about his experiences in a series of interviews.
The Solar Warden vessels were equipped with “temporal drive” propulsion systems, enabling them to travel through subspace and reach distant points almost instantaneously. The program was divided into two primary functions: one focused on military operations, including both offensive and defensive missions, while the other was dedicated to research, development (R&D), and scientific exploration. Goode’s first assignment placed him aboard a scientific research vessel, where he worked alongside Chinese and German scientists. His second mission involved serving on a patrol ship tasked with monitoring the solar system and tracking “unauthorized visitors.”
Goode stated that Solar Warden became operational in the 1980s, initially functioning as a U.S. Navy program. During his service, he was aware of eight carrier ships, cigar-shaped and varying in size, with some measuring up to a mile in length.
Over the years, aerospace defense contractors such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Boeing acquired the expertise to develop spacecraft capable of interstellar travel. According to Goode’s account, an independent, corporate-led space program emerged, which he named the “Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate” (ICC). This megacorporation is reportedly governed by “Super Boards” or “Super Committees” and specializes in trade with non-human, off-world groups. The formation of the ICC is said to have resulted from the MJ-12 group’s decision to bypass traditional government and military structures in order to expand its operations while minimizing the risk of oversight or exposure.

Corey Goode claims that he was abducted multiple times by the military during his childhood, starting at the age of six. He was reportedly taken to a secret facility on a military base, where he underwent intense testing and training programs aimed at enhancing his psychic abilities. In 1987, Goode was transported to a base on the far side of the moon, where he signed a contract for a 20-year tour of duty. This base, known as the “Lunar Operations Command” (LOC), features both surface structures and multiple underground levels. Other whistleblowers have described the moon as a diplomatically neutral zone. In a 2015 interview, Goode explained that the moon is divided into various embassy zones, some of which are occupied by extraterrestrial entities.
After completing his service in 2007, Goode was regressed to his younger self and sent back in time to 1987, the year of his initial enlistment. His memory was erased using mind-control technologies. This process, known as a “20 and Back,” is not unique to Goode, as other individuals have also reported undergoing similar experiences.
In the 2000 book The Mars Records, Stephanie Relfe documented her husband Michael Relfe’s account of a 20-year tour of duty. Drafted in 1976, Relfe served as a member of the U.S. military stationed at a secret colony on Mars. In 1996, he was reportedly teleported back in time, de-aged by 20 years, and placed at a military base on Earth in 1976. He then completed six years of service before being honorably discharged in 1982.
A similar account emerged in 2014 when an individual using the pseudonym “Captain Kaye,” later identified as Randy Cramer, came forward during an interview with Michael Salla. Cramer claimed he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps Special Section for a 20-year tour of duty and was deployed to Mars as part of the “Mars Defense Force.”
These testimonies will be explored further in an upcoming article.
