In alternative communities, terms like “interdimensional beings” or the “5th dimension” are frequently mentioned, though there is often confusion about the true meaning of the term “dimension”.
In conventional physics, a dimension refers to a set of coordinates required to specify a point within a given space. For example, one dimension represents a line, while two dimensions form a plane, such as the surface of a piece of paper. The three-dimensional space we experience in everyday life includes width, height, and depth. Einstein expanded this concept by introducing time as the fourth dimension. In this framework, a dimension is understood as a mathematical concept, not an alternative plane of existence. Rather, the concepts of horizontal and vertical axes will be used as symbolic representations to help illustrate how the universe is structured in layers.
On a horizontal plane, we categorize what are known as “parallel universes”, as described in the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics. This theory, developed by physicist Hugh Everett, posits that all possible outcomes of quantum measurements are physically realized in separate, coexisting worlds. In this interpretation, our universe is part of a multiverse composed of infinite timelines, each with its own divergent and alternate history. For instance, there could be a universe where Nazi Germany and Japan emerged victorious in World War II.
I would add that such timelines exist as long as consciousness units, or souls, choose to incarnate within them and co-create their reality. Otherwise, these timelines remain in a state of potential, even though the universe endlessly replays the past.
A density refers to a level or realm of existence, corresponding to a specific state of consciousness and characterized by a unique range of sensory perceptions. The first density represents inanimate matter and is the most materially dense level of reality. The second density encompasses plant and animal life, which are less materially dense. Humans on Earth currently exist within the third density. Both the second (2D) and third (3D) densities are primarily centered around survival and linear thinking. At the third density, the emergence of an ego identity marks a key distinction. Through cycles of incarnation, souls evolve and ascend to higher densities.
The total number of densities varies depending on the source. Many accounts describe seven levels, a number frequently referenced in ancient texts, such as the seven days of creation or the seven heavens. Beyond the seventh density lies union with Source—the supreme consciousness that manifests the universe and encompasses all existence. The sixth density is often depicted as the realm where consciousness transitions after the death of the physical body. It forms a gradient, moving from the physical to the non-physical.
This stratification can be likened to a cosmic ladder, representing a vertical axis of development. It reflects stages of growth relative to the soul’s proximity to Source. A soul is a holographic fragment of Source, sent out to generate and gather life experiences. As the soul progresses through the densities, it returns enriched. However, this journey is not linear. As time does not exist in higher realms, the entire process unfolds simultaneously within the timelessness of eternity.
A density is defined by its frequency range, corresponding to the oscillation of atomic structures perceived by consciousness as matter. These oscillations vary in rhythm, following a wave whose frequency is a multiple of the fundamental frequency. The fundamental frequency is the lowest natural vibration of an object and defines the basic tone or pitch. It serves as the foundation for additional frequencies known as harmonics. This concept can be illustrated through the vibration of a guitar string, which generates a complex sound composed of its fundamental frequency—the simplest and lowest vibration mode—and its harmonics. These harmonics arise from the vibration of smaller portions of the string, known as segments. These contribute to the richness and complexity of the sound.
A frequency wave and its harmonics can be mathematically described using a set of values. In this way, everything in the perceivable universe—be it a place, an object, or an experience—corresponds to a specific numerical value tied to its unique frequency.
The 4th and 5th densities (4D, 5D) vibrate at a higher frequency than our 3rd density (3D). When atoms and particles vibrate at higher rates, they become imperceptible to our five senses. This is similar to the blades of a fan: the faster they spin, the less noticeable they are.
Beings in each density can only perceive what lies within their range of awareness. This can be compared to a radio. Its antenna picks up signals from various stations, each operating at different frequencies. When you tune the radio, you’re selecting a specific frequency, allowing it to focus on one signal while ignoring the others. This is similar to the function of our biological bodies. A consciousness from a higher density can perceive lower densities. For instance, a 5th-density (5D) entity can observe us in 3D while remaining beyond our perception. To bridge the gap, 3D beings must raise their frequency, while higher-density beings need to adjust theirs to establish a connection.
The higher the density, the more complex life becomes. At more elevated densities, beings process greater amounts of data simultaneously, whereas at lower densities, fewer data is processed due to a simpler perception of reality.
In lower densities, perceptions are largely anchored in what we refer to as the material world, where life feels dense and heavy. In contrast, 4D reality is lighter and more fluid compared to 3D reality. As one ascends to the most advanced densities, both the self and perceptions become progressively less dense and solid, eventually transitioning to a non-physical state. In these higher realms, thoughts manifest phenomena much more rapidly. When you sleep at night, your consciousness goes to higher densities, where it creates entire environments. In 7D, only energy and consciousness remain. Matter manifests solely in response to the intent to create it. The sense of self begins to dissolve as you experience the interconnectedness of being everyone and everything. You simultaneously perceive the life of an ant, a tree, or a star in a distant galaxy.
Since there is no external world separate from oneself, a density is fundamentally a state of consciousness. It cannot exist without an observer to experience it. In an absolute sense, the vibrations of atoms and particles are the vibrations of consciousness itself. As a being’s level of consciousness develops and expands, so does its level of density. If you live in a 3D reality on Earth, you carry that 3D experience with you wherever you go. The density you perceive is a reflection of your own frequency—one that you create through your state of being. This density is also shaped by the collective agreements of different souls, enabling them to coexist within the same reality framework.
Intelligent life surrounds us. The physical extraterrestrials that interact with humanity exist primarily in 4D or 5D. Mainstream human scientists have yet to detect these civilizations because their tools and methods are rooted in 3D thinking. The materialistic scientific paradigm limits our ability to perceive sentient life beyond the 3D framework, which many assume to be the only reality. Other densities, such as 4D—often referred to as the astral plane—are inhabited by various entities, including elementals, shadow figures, and cryptid-like animals. In 6D and higher, the inhabitants are non-physical beings, frequently described as “light beings”. These often exist as collectives of multiple consciousnesses, unified within a single energetic field.
Alien abductions typically occur in the 4D realm. During these events, the physical body’s time frame is frozen, while the soul is extracted and transported—often to a location such as a spaceship—where it is rematerialized into a 4D physical form. After the experience, the soul is reintegrated into the original body, returned to its original location in 3D. Occasionally, errors in aligning the 3D time frame occur, leading to the phenomenon commonly referred to as “missing time”.
Humanity is on the brink of ascending to 4D or 5D consciousness. This shift is driven by both endogenous and exogenous factors. Among the endogenous factors, the increasing complexity of our social structures and the transformative impact of technological advancements have significantly altered human consciousness. On the exogenous side, a wave of cosmic energies is sweeping through our solar system, catalyzing profound changes. This may also explain the surge in UFO sightings and encounters following World War II. Humanity is about to step into the reality of these non-human intelligences.
Concepts like 3D, 5D, or 6D are mental constructs—tools designed to classify and understand the vastness of reality. They possess a relative truth but are not absolute. As the saying goes, the map is not the territory. At the absolute level, there are no boundaries between densities—nor even densities themselves as distinct entities. The idea of density is inherently linear. As a fractal expression of Source, consciousness transcends linearity and unfolds across multiple levels simultaneously. A lifeform is not limited to a single frequency range; its essence extends throughout numerous planes of existence. Furthermore, there are no rigid boundaries separating one being from another. In truth, there is no separation: we are the Source. There is only one soul, one unity—oneness.
